# Summary
* Thermal energy transfer: Conduction Convection Radiation
* At the atomic level higher energy particles are more likely to transfer energy than lower energy particles.
* Same temperature doesn't mean same thermal energy (specific heat capacity).
* Thermal equilibrium is when 2 objects share the same temperature and there is no net energy transfer.
